We feel that it is a part of our foundation mission to encourage and implement innovation in social areas. We find new answers to the constantly changing lifestyle habits as people grow older, with pilot projects and a great number of research, innovation and praxis projects.
For this end, we cooperate with state offices, well-known universities and business partners. Thanks to this readiness for innovation, Wohlfahrtswerk could develop and introduce numerous new ideas such as the first "sheltered living for senior citizens" in Germany, the first day-care in Southern Germany or food from the avant-garde kitchen in nursing homes.
We take part in research clusters and integrate intelligent technology into processes and business models.
