Our in-house Wohlfahrtswerk Education Center offers a comprehensive programme of training and further education for personnel in care of the elderly. Our role is that of a pioneer of future developments, and we attach great importance to the concept of life-long learning. Our aim is to further develop and improve the quality of care and welfare and the social services provided for the elderly. In particular, we attach great importance to nursing practice, the organization of everyday life and support. Management and IT-related topics today are an integral part of any career so that these are considered indispensable aspects of our training programme, too.
The latest findings and knowledge across the essential areas are taught by qualified and experienced teaching staff using contemporary learning methods. Thus we encourage the development of personal and technical expertise. The training and education curriculum is always focused on current needs.
